At Beyond we’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone is seen and heard. Our volunteer community is the heart and soul of Beyond. We work hard to ensure that they, and the rest of our organisation, represent the diversity of the unheard and marginalised in the UK.
We are meaningfully dedicated to meeting new people with lived experience of racism, ableism and/or gender and sexual identity and its’ impact on mental health so that we can offer a space in the Beyond family where they can share their voices and inform our work. We regularly look at our existing networks and challenge the breadth of representation, always seeking to engage with new people.
We recognise there is much still to do to achieve our goals of being a truly diverse organization and are always open to meeting new people who represent the views of those unheard. Please do drop us a line if this is you.
