Where online payment details are accepted the security of information and payments transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. Any loss incurred or sustained by you when sending the information by means of an Email or other internet link shall be borne solely by you and in no event shall any loss be borne by Beyond.
Description of Goods
Beyond will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions of and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system, we reserve the rights to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices.
Availability

1, Any shortages /non delivery must be reported within 10 working days of notification sent confirming despatch
Returns
2, Goods can be returned as “ unsuitable” within 14 days, items must be returned in original packaging, please refer to the delivery note for our return address.
3 , If you require a refund , your payment the item returned will be refunded within 30 days.
If you paid by credit card the refund will be made to card, other payments will be pad by bank transfer.
