Young people are facing challenges that no other generation has before. With the COVID-19 pandemic and the overwhelming pressure of social media, it is no wonder that more young people than ever are suffering with their mental health.
If you are struggling to cope and need to speak to someone immediately, please make contact with a service from our urgent resources list and they will offer support. If you think you might need help with how you are feeling but you aren’t quite sure what you are looking for, you should speak with a parent, carer or your teacher. We can work with them to find you the right support.
Now and Beyond festival
We host an annual mental health and wellbeing festival that aims to start important conversations around mental health in schools across the UK. The festival is held online and includes useful resources, workshops and a live broadcast suitable for those aged 4-18. And it’s totally free!
Youth Board
At the heart and soul of Beyond is our brilliant Youth Board, made up of young people with their own mental health stories. These people generously volunteer their time to inform everything we do and keep us focussed on what really matters, what young people need. In return, we strive to empower them to become influential voices for their generation.
