Why do we ask this?
As a youth mental health charity, we are particularly interested in providing a platform for, and raising the voices of, young people who have lived experience with mental health and/or illness.
Why do we ask this?
We are committed to providing equal opportunity to volunteering opportunities that we offer. We want to involve as many young people as we can from all different backgrounds so that young people can see themselves in the work we do.

We respect choice and how our volunteers wish to be referred to. We ask for pronouns so we can communicate with our audience in a way that feels safe for them without assuming that they belong to a specific gender or not.
